The presentation will assist developers, companies, and attorneys expecting to engage in such transactions and will provide general insight into how close-sourced companies assess the use of FOSS in commercial software and hardware. The presentation will discuss the FOSS diligence process, the information that is typically requested by acquirers and investors, and the concerns and perceived risks that give rise to such diligence and requests.
